Southern Blot Screen of Targeted ES cells

Short Description
This service offers the Southern blot screen of gene targeted ES cells at the ATGF. We will prepare the DNA in 96 well plates, run the Gel, transfer onto a membrane and hybridize the blot(s). This service costs 800,- CHF (+MWSt, non-USZ/UZH) per 96 well plate excluding the cost for the respective restriction enzyme. The enzyme will be charged separately.

Prerequisites
- the Southern has been established by the ATGF
- you have targeted ES cells with the AGTF
- a completely filled out request form:

Important
We normally try to process your request as soon as they arrive. In case of a backlog of requests, the date of DNA receipt and the number of requests submitted by individual groups will determine the sequence in which the projects are carried out.
