DNA Preparation of Targeted ES cells

Short Description
This service offers the preparation of DNA from targeted ES cells. We will prepare the DNA in 96 well plates. The researcher can use the DNA for PCR or Southern blot analysis to identify homologous recombinants. Preparation of DNA from 1x96 well plate costs 300,- CHF (+MWSt, non-USZ/UZH).

Prerequisites
- you have targeted ES cells with the AGTF and plan to screen yourself the recombinant clones
- a completely filled out request form:

Important
We normally try to process your request as soon as they arrive. In case of a backlog of requests, the date of DNA receipt and the number of requests submitted by individual groups will determine the sequence in which the projects are carried out.
