Reconfirmation Southern Blots

Short Description
This service offers the reconfirmation of expanded gene targeted ES cells (putative homlogous recombinants). We will test up to 5 clones for 5`, 3`, and internal probe. The Southern blot has to be established already with the AGTF. This service costs CHF 2`500,- (+MWSt, non-USZ/UZH).

Prerequisites
- the Southern blot(s)/probes have been established by the AGTF
- gel purified probe(s) at a concentration >30 ng/µl DNA from ES cells
- a completely filled out request form:

Important
We normally try to process your request as soon as they arrive. In case of a backlog of requests, the date of DNA receipt and the number of requests submitted by individual groups will determine the sequence in which the projects are carried out.
